Description: This fitness class will provide a total body workout that is fun, challenging and low impact. This class provides a combination of Yoga and Pilates techniques, flexibility and balance work, hand weights strength work, and mat core and body lengthening work. Work outs may vary week to week. You will need a yoga mat and hand weights (2, 3 or 5 lbs). Please inform your Doctor that your are participating in a physical workout.
