Description

This is a family-friendly program, open to all ages! Come join us and have an amazing, culturally enriching experience! Recreation activities such as arts, culture, games, cooking and more make learning American Sign Language (ASL) easy, fun, and interactive, and build community for people who are already part of the ASL world! This program is led by staff who are native speakers or fluent in ASL, making it perfect for individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing, have a parent, child, or sibling who is Deaf or hard of hearing, or any individual interested in learning ASL. Our activities are set up to promote relationships and build community for those who would like to explore ASL culture. All individuals and families are welcome, but please come prepared to turn off your voices and immerse yourself in this unique cultural and linguistic experience! Feel free to bring your own dinner if you don't have time to eat beforehand.
