This is a pure fitness class that incorporates mostly Muay Thai kicking/punching pad work with other mixed martial arts drill work. This class is NOT a cardio kickboxing class. This class will focus on increasing cardio endurance and strengthening core muscle groups by intensive calisthenics drills. If you'e interested in getting a full body workout and want to try something new, then this class is for you! Students should bring their own hand wraps.
