Description

An Introduction to track and field events. Learn training techniques for sprints, middle distance and long distance runs. High jumps, and running long jumps. Please pack a healthy lunch, snack and water bottle daily. Athletic shoes, light jacket and sunscreen are required. Drop is no earlier than 9am and pick up no later than 3pm, to drop off as early as 8am and pick up as late as 6pm please purchase extended care during checkout.
