In this class we will have fun sketching in ink using a loose and lively manner, and then make our images pop with watercolor paints. Instruction will be given in how to use ink lines to create depth, texture and individual expression. Basic watercolor technique will include how to mix color both on the palette and on the paper, and how to use color effectively. We will sketch from photos of various subjects, including still life and landscape. Every session will have different photo references so students can repeat the class. Basic drawing skills required.
