Description

Learn how to use digital drawing tools to design and make things out of wood! In this live, virtual class, you'll use Sketchpad, an open-source software program, to design fun projects in wood. Staff will cut out the parts you design on our laser cutter, and then guide you in building your three-dimensional projects at home. Everyone will need a standard 3-button mouse. NOTE: Parents will pick up project parts from the Randall Museum two or three times during the session. All parts will be packaged in accordance to CDC/ COVID19 recommended protocols. (Shipping can be arranged for an additional fee) This is a live virtual class taught on the Zoom platform. Students must have a stable internet connection, and must download the free Zoom application before class begins.
