Description: Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that uses bare feet and hands. All Tae Kwon Do students learn punches, blocks and self-defense techniques, but kicks are the Tae Kwon Do trademark. Each class is led by an instructor over a virtual platform for a fun and exciting way to build confidence, strength and discipline through the teachings of this ancient practice.
