Karate- Intermediate- The Empty Hand

This class presents a multi-disciplinary self-defensive approach. Students will study and practice basic Shotokan Karate techniques and strategies and learn to defend against larger and/or multiple opponents. Come join the fun and get great exercise too! Open to beginner children, passed white belt .
