Intro to Springboard Diving Camp

Want to learn how to go off the diving board? These dive camps are designed for fun while learning critical safety habits, basic springboard diving skills, and proper form while supervised by an experienced diving instructor. This camp is designed for those that are wanting to learn the basics of going off the diving board.

Skills that will be taught include: diving from the side of the pool, proper takeoffs on the board, proper entry techniques, and front dives from the board.

Prerequisite: Be eligible for the Advanced Swimmer class and be comfortable in deep water.
