Goju-Ryu Karate: Beg/Int. Session 2

Learn the traditional Okinawan art of self-defense. Study fundamental techniques of karate to subdue and control an attacker. Improve your physical conditioning and enjoy training with your fellow students in the dojo. Students will achieve belt rank in the GKK, an international karate organization. All levels are welcome.
