Advanced Kendo- (8 and older)

Kendo (way of the sword) is a co-ed martial art based on samurai traditions requiring mental and physical discipline. Students that progress to advanced skill level will be able to practice wearing armor and engage in bouts with other students. All equipment can be purchased at class.
