Lesley Norris is a professional with 30 years experience. She strives to offer variety so participants get fit, not bored! Lesley is an American Council on Exercise Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist.
Body Conditioning: Looking for variety and fun along with a great combination of cardio strength training? This Class is it! Each week both the format and equipment used will change to provide a full body workout.
Saturdays: 9:00am to 10:00am.
Cardio Dance: Become one with the music in this dance class that borrows from Zumba, Hip Hop, Jazz, Kickboxing, Funk and Disco. Get a great workout with dance routines that have been choreographed specifically with words and rhythm of the songs followed by core exercise to trim and tone.
Thursdays: 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Mind Body Fitness: A user friendly, total-body workout set to chill-out music. Experience flowing sequences to create length and strength, followed by gentle restorative stretches and meditations to create harmony and vitality within.
Mondays: 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
