Description:
Take a stroll in Adams Community every Saturday morning with friends and neighbors! We will meet at the steps outside Adams Recreation Center at 10:00 am Staff will lead a medium-paced 1-2mile walk down Adams Avenue.
This is a great low impact exercise as well as a great place to meet your neighbors!
