Description

Hatha yoga is for everyone and anyone who wants to balance body, mind and spirit. This class will focus on stretching and strengthening your body, slowing down, releasing stress and improving focus. This class is for all levels; beginners through experienced yogis are welcome. Please bring yoga mat and yoga blocks if possible. Instructor: Lynne Monaco, RYT-500. 10 weeks
