Description: 

Join us for a relaxing time at Spring Valley's cabin in the woods. This yoga class is especially designed to introduce NEW students to yoga. All ages are welcome. Parking is available at the Merkle Cabin. Bring a yoga mat and small blanket and be prepared for individual attention and instruction.
