We have a 7-day cancellation policy for pavilion and baseball field rentals, and a 14-day cancellation policy for everywhere else. Refunds and makeup dates are not given for inclement weather. There is a minimum 3-hour rental requirement. When making a reservation, please allow enough time for set up and clean up. Navarre Beach Pavilion Reservations are for the entire day, 7:30a-7:30p, not by the hour. Thank you.
