Donating Polar Bears will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary pool pass. No matter how small or large your donation, the impact that it has on the life of an individual is remarkable.
About West Coast Care ? We get the homeless home. We've found that repairing broken relationships is the key to sustained long-term recovery. Our top priority is the reunification of individuals experiencing homelessness with their families and close friends; rebuilding these essential support systems and equipping people for the journey back home. When reunification is not possible, we work with our partners to find housing and other service options. We continue offering support until a strategy to transition off the streets is found. West Coast Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity.
