Description: Ultimate Frisbee, is a unique continuous-action sport. It is like a combination of football, soccer and basketball. Its main focus is promoting the "Spirit of the Game" which as a guiding principal states that having fun and respecting the rules and other players is more important than winning.Because Ultimate is "non-contact" it is very safe. It also is a sport enjoyed equally by boys and girls. Best of all, it is easy to learn and only requires a few kids, a little space and a plastic disc, which in the hands of a skilled athlete, floats gracefully one minute then zips like a laser the next.
