Angharad Caceres is a lifelong crafter and founder of the Urban Craft Center. Beginning with the Campfire group she belonged to in elementary school, she has dabbled in a huge variety of crafts (many of them glue gun dependent) but especially enjoys those that create objects with purpose. Bookbinding, soapmaking, knitting, and sewing are at the top of her list. Teaching has always been a part of her life, from the 4th and 5th grades she taught in Portland, Oregon, to the classes she ran at the Urban Craft Center; she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion for making.
