Description
1SoulofCali is a creative haven for youth specializing in hip hop/pop inspired dance classes. Our classes are rooted in teamwork and creativity, as we explore improvisation and choreography. The session ends with a dance showcase for family and friends. This class is designed to provide full body conditioning, improve coordination, and mental stimulation, but most importantly true self confidence, development of individual style, and the ways we can express it from the inside out. Come move and groove to uplifting beats from our boombox, and our hearts!
$25 t-shirt fee payable to instructor via cash or Venmo . Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes and bring water.
The City of Santa Monica continues to place the highest value on the health and safety of our community. Additional safety protocols and procedures such as social distancing and face masks may be implemented as directed by current LA County Department of Public Health Guidelines.
Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
