Whether you are looking to increase mobility or just stay active, this class offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. No prior experience is necessary. Join us and discover the benefits of resistance band training! This course includes 6 sessions. * Resistance bands will be provided; please bring your own yoga mat.
