Description: Mindful Meditation with Chris - Online meets every Tuesday, 10:15 – 11:15 am. Mindfulness practices focusing our thoughts and energy into what is happening now, instead of hashing over old experiences or worrying about future ones. Using techniques like quiet breathing, mindfulness helps lower stress and enhances life experience. Chris guides this easy, gentle meditation by helping participants center themselves and calm their minds. This is a free group, but registration in advance is required.
