Description: Experienced coaching staff introduce the basic and creative fundamentals of basketball. Instruction focuses on a variety of skill sets including defense, shooting, passing, dribbling, and ball-handling, and is broken down into innovative drills, demonstrations, and games. If you're just starting out or already have some game, we have a session for you! Our goal is to build self-confidence, teamwork, and of course, fun! All participants receive a T-shirt. GAMETIME BASKETBALL: Classes are separated into respective grade levels to best suit your child's needs.

Tuesdays: Central Park CRC Basketball Court 969 Kiely Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95051

Thursdays: Henry Schmidt Park Basketball Court 555 Los Padres Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050

Participants must wear athletic apparel and closed-toe shoes.

For the safety of participants, instructors and staff, all in-person classes offered through the Santa Clara Parks & Recreation Department will follow the current Santa Clara County Public Health Orders and social distancing protocols. All participants and staff be given a daily health screening and be required to wear face coverings upon arrival and exiting the facility, as well as during class, except when exercising.
