Adult Ballet: Pointe

This class is ideal for dancers who have previous experience with ballet and are ready to dance in pointe shoes. The class will focus on shaping the muscles and building strength and endurance while enjoying all ballet has to offer. Dancers will begin with barre work and then progress into more complicated steps in the center and across the floor. Join us during your lunch break to escape into the wonderful world of ballet.
