Adult Ballet: Beginning

This class is designed for true beginners and will be focused on basic technique and positions. The class will initially focus on basic barre work and eventually progress into center work moving across the floor, learning to link steps together into combinations. This class is a great opportunity to work out while enjoying the movement of ballet. Join this wonderfully supportive community and learn why ballet is such a special way to exercise.
