Description:
This class is designed to help you reach your fitness and mobility goals. There is no weight to bare however the water resistance against your movement is strengthening. This class utilizes a variety of movements and will help you get your workout in! The more you move, the more you can move.
There is no actual swimming experience needed, just a solid comfort in up to 5 feet of water or less. The equipment used helps increase the intensity of the workout. It is important to know your own strength and ability in order to be able to modify the movements as needed.
