Description: A yoga class for beginning and intermediate students who have had prior yoga experience and are looking for a routine offering a range of exercises they can suit to complement their unique body! Iyengar yoga is an intelligent form of exercise that can greatly benefit a body of any age, since each pose can be modified to best suit the strengths and challenges of each individual.
