Have fun and get a great workout with Line Dance Company. Exercise your body and mind by dancing to a wide variety of music including mainstream songs. Line Dance is a fun way to dance socially, and you never need a partner. In addition, you get exercise without realizing that you are actually exercising. Biography:Mary Lou Groff has been decorating cakes professionally for over 40 years, at many bakeries including Merritt Bakery as their head decorator for 12 years. She has been teaching cake decorating for over 25 years at Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro and Chabot College.
