Description: Learn about leadership styles, conflict resolution, team interactions, quick crafts, and how to lead a group with confidence and success. Participants will take what they have learned at training and use that knowledge throughout the day camp program. A minimum commitment of one session (2 weeks) of onsite CIT training is required.
