Advanced Swim

This class is for children entering level 5, 6 or 7. Continues refinement of front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and sidestroke and butterfly. Includes alternate breathing, swimming underwater, deep-water bobbing, turns at the wall, diving safety, alternative kicks for treading water, approach stroke, incorporating swim skills and activities into lifetime fitness, conditioning principles and in water rescue techniques.
