Join our virtual community of inspired and motivated Seven Trees Active Adults 50+ community members. SAIL contains an entire curriculum of movements that when done regularly will empower you to improve your strength, power, and fitness levels. Our Certified SAIL Instructor will assess your progress pre and post session to make sure you are getting the best out of your SAIL experience.
