Description
This is a hybrid class. The first 30 minutes will use lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin? out! Your instructor will provide the Ripstix.Core/Strength Exercises will finish off the last 30 min using free weights, body weight and other equipment, all guaranteed to make you sweaty.

This class is part of our SJCITY Fit program. The Camden SJCITY Fit membership includes this class as well as unlimited access to all other Camden, Almaden and Bascom SJCITY Fit classes and includes the Fitness Room access for only $39.00.
