Description

Got the notion to boogie and work out at the same time? Come join us as participants will follow along with staff and video learning different Zumba dances. This class is for any skill level and class may be a mix of standing or seated. This class is geared towards individuals with disabilities but, anyone may join. Participants must be able to participant in a 1:8 staff to participant ratio and be independent with personal care needs or have caregiver to assist.
