LEVEL UP-DRILLS AND SKILLS -SESSION 1

This High Beginner/Intermediate -6 week class is geared towards doubles strategy, shot consistency, identifying attackable vs unattackable balls. Learning the various types of offensive shots (reaching volleys, lobs), vs defensive shots (resets and drops). Learn when to "reset or speed up the ball" based on both ball and court position.

Dates: January 30- March 20 6 weeks (NO CLASS Rain Jan. 30 & NO CLASS February 20)

Time: 7:00-8:00 p.m.
