VENDING HOURS
All vendor sales must conclude prior to 8pm. You may leave before 8pm, but cars will not be allowed back into the area to load until 8pm or until roadways are safe.

SET-UP
You may check in and load-in at the bottom of the plaza (intersection of Main Street and W. Market Street), or from the parking garage direction (intersection of Camden Street and S. Division Street). There will be volunteers at these two points to answer questions.

Please pull your vehicle over as much as possible to unload. This will allow others vehicles to pass. Unload and move your car to a parking lot or the garage before you set-up your area.

All vendors and display materials must be within a parking space and clear of the roadway, sidewalks and bike lanes for safety purposes. Please help us keep our event ADA compliant, and accessible

PARKING
Once you have finished unloading, please move your car to one of the many parking lots available in Downtown Salisbury. The permit parking lot near the library is free after 4pm Fridays, and the City of Salisbury parking garage offers free parking.

TENTS
10x10 tents are permitted within the parking space on the south side of the plaza. You are responsible for weighing down your tent. Should you not have proper tent weights, you will be asked to take it down - it gets windy!

RESTROOMS
Portable restrooms will be provided near the courthouse.

ELECTRIC AVAILABILITY
Electric is available at the top of every light pole, and on the Plaza at electric stations located at each bump out. Please let a volunteer know if you require electric, and we will help you access - please bring your own extension cord. Please do not plug portable heaters into light poles.

INCENSE & SCENTED CANDLES
Please do not burn incense or candles during 3rd Friday - your immediate neighbors might not mind - but we get complaints - many people with asthma & allergies cannot tolerate this. Smokers are asked to move to perimeter of event.

COTTAGE FOOD VENDORS
3rd Friday has expanded to include cottage food items. An additional registration form is required to sell these items. If you are an existing vendor that would like to add cottage food items to your display - please apply on Active Network and email us; you can download the form from our website.

RAIN POLICY
In the event of severe weather, 3rd Friday may cancel the outdoor events - and will notify vendors via email no later than 12pm on the day of the event. Please use your best judgement setting up in inclement weather, and take care to protect your items in the event of a surprise shower.

NON-COMPETE ZONES
Non-compete zones are back this year. Vendors with a majority of handmade goods of similar nature to storefront businesses may NOT set up within 100 ft of the storefront.

OTHER REMINDERS

Bring your own table and chair. Please no raffles or sale / giveaways of non-cottage food items. Please do not play amplified music at your booth. For questions involving Sales Tax please contact us. Only handmade items please - no resale or flea market items.

3rd Friday is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items!
