Description: 

FREE Holiday event at Phalen for all ages. Come take a picture with Santa by the fire place, enjoy a cookie and some cocoa, while doing an arts & crafts project! Take home a craft project and Candy Cane as well! Don’t forget to bring your ice skates and skate under the lights!


Saint Paul Parks and Recreation programs will adhere to CDC and MN Department of Health guidance on COVID-19. Programs offered may require modifications based on future public health recommendations.
