Sitting high on the bluffs of Saint Paul's west side, Cherokee Regional Park is a popular location if you are looking for lots of green grass and open space. Cherokee Park offers current recreational amenities and a spectacular view along the bluffs of the Mississippi and is a place for solitude that offers a chance to watch river barges and wildlife. The large shelter can accommodate as many as 100 people, with picnic tables peppered throughout the parks. Lots of mature trees provide some shade to the area making this a perfect place for a cookout or a nice place to chill.
