Description: This STEAM Camp will give participants an introduction to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. A group of 30 participants from 3 different recreation centers will come together and experience mornings in STEAM activities and afternoons at the pool. This all-day camp will be held at the Highland Picnic Pavilion (1200 Montreal Ave). Parents will drop off and pick up their child between 8am and 4pm at Highland Pavilion. Participants should wear their tennis shoes and bring all weather clothing. Other items to bring in a bag include swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water bottle, lunch, and snack. Leave electronic toys at home. On the first day at drop off, a parent must sign a field trip permission form. Participants could be transported in vans where social distancing cannot be maintained.
