Description: Sports Unlimited Camps provide fundamental skill development for boys and girls with the emphasis on FUN! The camp helps players learn and practice the core skills and techniques used in Flag Football. This camp will introduce the young athlete to the sport of flag football through skill development and small group games and will learn the rules of flag football while working on team play and sportsmanship. Individual skills taught will be passing, catching, kicking along with learning the strategies of offense and defense. Children will be divided by age and skill level. Please bring water, sunscreen, and a great attitude!

Saint Paul Parks and Recreation programs will adhere to CDC and MN Department of Health guidance on COVID-19. Programs offered may require modifications based on future public health recommendations.
