Enter/Exit water using ramp, steps, side or using ladder, Blow Bubbles, 3 seconds, Submerge mouth, nose, and eyes, Open eyes underwater and retrieve submerged objects in shallow water, Back float, 3 seconds, Roll from front to back/back to front, Combined arm and leg action--- Session 3
