and experience an energetic mashup cycle class like no other! Instructors will
team teach and bring you through our NEW cycle schedule. In this special
45 minute class you will ride through teasers from HIIT 30 Cycle, Group
Cycle , and PowerZone Ride. You will leave not only sweaty, but
also well informed about our new Cycle classes.
