Description
Experience the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of martial arts training! This class is American Karate for beginners aged 10+ and intermediate students who have completed the Young Beginners class.
Additional Sparring class is held at least twice a month on Saturdays. There will be additional sessions at the instructor's discretion. See instructor for details.
