Ages 13+. Naginata is a Japanese martial art that demonstrates both power and grace and is characterized by the grandeur of the sweeping movements of the Naginata. This art is for those interested in either competitive fighting or the physical beauty of choreographed movements called kata.
- Participants must be registered three (3) days before the start of class.
- No equipment necessary
- Wear exercise attire
