Description: CONTRACTS 3 CE Credits. The goal of this unit is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of client relationships, to identify the steps in working with buyers to prepare the completed Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA), present the offer, write counteroffers, and create an estimated closing cost sheet.
Biography:
Carlos Caipa has been a Las Vegas resident for over 45 years. He graduated from Bishop Gorman high school and attended UNLV. His real estate career began with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties formally known as Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS fourteen years ago. He has been an integral component at the Sahara and St. Rose offices, is certified to teach CE classes, and has served as a sales manager for the last seven years. He is an integrated part of the St. Rose management team. He specializes in helping agents reach their full potential. Carlos is still active in real estate sales and has helped hundreds of families achieve their real estate dreams.
