Mike will discuss some major Legislative changes which if passed will have a major impact on Solar and real estate.
In addition, he will:
•Review the basics of solar
•Discuss the importance of knowing the difference between owned, leased and lease to own systems.
•Highlight the impact of entities like banks, government, & solar companies.
With this knowledge you will be better able to guide clients through the complexities of purchasing or selling a home with renewable energy.
