This week long, 10 session course will cover the required POST Licensing education, modules A-O, for renewal for a first year Licensee in Nevada. Daily class times are 9am to 4pm with the exception of Monday which will be 9am to 3pm and Tuesday which will be 9am to 5pm.
Session 1) 3 Hours POST Credit Session 1 / Module E, Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics. POST.01020-RE
Session 2) 2 Hours POST Credit Session 2 / Module H, Agency Relationships. POST.02020-RE
Session 3) 4 Hours POST Credit Session 3 / Module A, Real Estate Contracts POST.03020-RE
Session 4) 3 Hours POST Credit Session 4 / Module B, The Listing Process POST.04020-RE
Session 5) 3 Hours POST Credit Session 5 / Module D, Buyer Representation POST.05020-RE

The Nevada Real Estate Academy is proud to offer a Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees (Modules A-O). There are 10 sessions required for First year Licensees totalling 30 hours.
