The goal of this class is to enable the participants to have a thorough working knowledge of all licensing requirements, various disclosures requirements required by the Nevada Real Estate Division. Plus any changes to the Nevada Administrative Code. Discussions regarding business brokerage and current legislation from the division level to the Senate requirements.
