Internet Online Course PROPERTY MANAGEMENT or GENERAL CE 3 Hours CE.6749000-RE The goal of this course is to enable the participants to understand what known or patent facts must be disclosed in a Nevada Real Estate transaction. Also reviewing potential liability and litigation that may occur when there is a failure to ferret out material facts prior to writing contracts.

NOTE: Instructions to access the course will be listed on the Registration Receipt. When completed the evaluation form must be filled out and sent to REClasses@bhhsnv.com. Once received, the CE Certificate will be emailed within 72 hours.
EVALUATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AFTER A 3 HOUR PERIOD OF STARTING THE COURSE. ONLY TWO EVALUATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH THE SAME DATE.
