Internet Online Course PROPERTY MANAGEMENT or GENERAL CE 3 Hours CE.6733000 RE The goal of this course is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of the Nevada Residential Landlord and Tenant Act's requirements for habitability as detailed in NRS118A. This will be supplemented with best with best practices suggestions throughout the course.

NOTE: Instructions to access the course will be listed on the Registration Receipt. When completed the evaluation form must be filled out and sent to REClasses@bhhsnv.com. Once received, the CE Certificate will be emailed within 72 hours.

EVALUATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AFTER A 3 HOUR PERIOD OF STARTING THE COURSE. ONLY TWO EVALUATIONS MAY BE ACCEPTED WITH THE SAME DATE.
