Fair Housing and You

This is a CE class and provides 3 hours of Fair Housing.

This course focuses on Fair Housing and agents responsibilities relating to the Fair Housing Act. A variety of techniques such as discussion, lecture, case studies and multimedia will be used to bring key concepts to life.

Due to the Virus this class is being offered live remote/online. To attend the class online you must resister at least 48 hours before class. To Attend Remotely you must also be able to meet the requirements set forth by the Arizona Department of Real Estate which means:

· You need to have a microphone and camera.

· You need to be on camera for the entire class, with the exception of breaks.

· You must have a strong, stable Internet connection.

· You must be in a stable location. You may not attend this class from a vehicle, public location or walking around.

· You may NOT use your PHONE to attend this class. You must be able to use Zoom or similar program on a computer or tablet that has a camera and microphone. You must be fully accustomed to using that device in such as manner.

· You must appear to be paying attention during class. Sitting at a desk and looking at the camera/screen is best, while lying back on a couch or chair makes it appear as if you are sleeping. If you are talking with another person in the room, or on the phone talking, you are not paying attention to the class, and therefore, you may not receive class credit

We recommend signing on at least 10-15 minutes before class begins to be sure you are able to resolve any technical issues. Please make sure you are accustomed to using the chat box as this is the only way we will be able to communicate once class begins.
